Las apariencias engañan. Una imagen ruda, poco elegante y manifiestamente nerd, puede ser tan solo una simple y natural fachada tras la que se enconden sorprendentes sensibilidades POP. Eso es lo que ocurre con estos chicos de Canadá con aspecto de extras de "The Firm" o de cualquier otra película sobre hooligans, puesto que con "The Decline", su segundo disco, consiguen recoger las mejores influencias de grupos como Byrds, Teenage Fanclub o Jayhawks, para deleitarnos con medios tiempos melódicos de puro POP artesano. Posiblemente "The Decline" ocupará un puesto de honor en mi lista de discos favoritos del año.
